Research Fellow (Postdoctoral)
Prof. Nicholas Gascoigne’s group at The Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine’s Immunology Programme and Dept. of Microbiology & Immunology, National University of Singapore, seeks a trained immunologist to work in the field of CAR-T and T cell receptor signalling.
The applicant should have experience with flow cytometry, primary cell culture, small animal in vivo work, and basic molecular biology skills (cloning, PCR, RT-PCR). Experience with lentiviral or retroviral vectors, CRISPR-Cas9 manipulations, and in vivo cancer models would also be desirable.
PhD in Immunology or related and appropriate biomedical field. The applicant should have a positive attitude, be organized, driven, and diligent. They should be able to work independently with limited supervision, as well as on team projects. The successful applicant will have strong written and spoken communication skills, and a track record of publications.
